A Dry, medium-bodied wine. Characterized by the flavors and aromas of ripe fruit, raspberries and cocoa, with a long and pleasant finish. Named after the Stratus cloud characterized by many layers, similar to this wine. Produced from 100% Shiraz grapes. The grapes were grown and handpicked in the Upper Galilee. The wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
