The grapes originate in the and Upper Galilee, in vineyards that yield high-quality fruit in small quantities. The vintage is manual. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. The wine is part of Matar Winery's high-end series, which includes wines produced from mature vines in selected vineyards. The number of bottles is limited and numbered.
