Matar Winery's flagship wine. Named after the cumulonimbus cloud, a huge and impressive storm cloud. The wine has many layers of flavor, full body and impressive complexity. Characterized by aroma and flavors of raspberry, plum, mint, chocolate and cocoa, a long and pleasant finish. The wine is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes with a small amount of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The grapes originate from the Golan Heights and the Upper Galilee. The wine aged for 30 months in new French oak barrels, its aging potential is high.
