This blended wine is full bodied yet elegant, with a lingering and attractive finish. Food Pairing: Great to serve on festive occasions, Yarden Rom goes fabulously with full-flavored dishes such as grilled ribeye steaks, braised lamb shanks, or a rich cassoulet. While highly enjoyable now, Yarden Rom will continue to improve in the bottle over the next number of years, and will remain in excellent drinking condition for a decade or more from harvest.
