Though concentrated in flavor, the wine features fresh acidity that makes for great drinkability. This pleasingly complex Chardonnay displays an attractively lingering finish. While ready to enjoy now, the wine will continue improving in the bottle for some three years from harvest, and will remain in great drinking condition for up to about eight years. We like pairing this wine with herb-crusted salmon, slow-roasted chicken with wild mushrooms, or pasta in a Chardonnay cream sauce.
