Food Pairing: Drinking alone as an aperitif, or pairing it with smoked meats, coconut curry chicken, or grilled spiced fish. The Gamla White Riesling is made exclusively from White Riesling grapes grown in two vineyards located on the northern Golan Heights. Slow cold fermentation helped produce a wine that wonderfully expresses its unique varietal character. Gamla White Riesling is best enjoyed within a couple of years of harvest.
