Product of Australia. Region: Bellarine, Geelong. When we introduced Pinot Noir Rose we knew sparks would fly. This wine shows the truly delicate side of both varieties without removing their spicy passion. One sip and you’ll be reminiscing of your first blush. Appearance: Vibrant Toffee apple red. Nose: Think Rose water and Turkish delight then add a bit of savoury spice. Palate: The complex dark fruit and spicy rose water characters form a lingering palate which can be enjoyed with almost any food. Winemaking: Handpicked Pinot Noir, whole bunch pressed and cofermented with no skin contact. The ferment was kept cold to preserve the delicate flavours often not seen in fully ripe Pinot Noir. Serve chilled and drink responsibly! Vegan friendly.
