We want you to enjoy your purchase and be satisfied with all aspects of purchasing from this site. We are a small business but we will take all steps necessary to assist you to ensure that ordering on this site is a pleasant and hassle free experience.

Please note that in accordance with the law we are forbidden to sell liquor to persons under the age of 18 years and we have the right to ask for proof of age.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER?

Prior to Collection

If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to collecting it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to meet your requirements. No fee will be charged for a change or cancellation prior to collection.

After Collection

If you wish to change or cancel your purchase, please bring it into the store with proof of purchase as soon as possible after collection and within 21 days from collection date.

We do not accept opened bottles. We must be satisfied that the order has been stored and transported in suitable conditions that would not adversely affect our ability to re-sell the products.

NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

If the product is not suitable for consumption, please come to the store with the product and proof of purchase and we will reimburse you in full or exchange the product upon our satisfaction that the product is not suitable for sale. This will be acted upon the same day you come to the store. We are unable to pick up from you.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

If the product is of merchantable quality but you wish to return the purchase or part thereof, our policy is as follows:

 

  1. Please return the product to our store with proof of purchase; we cannot pick up product from you.
  2. The purchase must have been made no earlier than 21 days from the date of returning the product.
  3. The product must have been stored and transported in suitable conditions that would not adversely affect the quality and taste of the product and would not affect our ability to re sell it.
  4. We do not accept opened bottles.
